Who packs and ships my orders?

All orders are packed with love by me, Ashleigh.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 7 days or less. I ship orders every weekend, so your order will ship the weekend after your order is placed. If you place an order over the weekend, I will do my best to ship it immediately if I haven't already shipped out the orders for the previous week. If the orders for the previous week have already been shipped, your order will ship the following weekend. 

How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

I charge a flat rate of $4.00 USD for tracked domestic shipping (orders within the US). These orders will be provided a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Estimated delivery times for US orders with tracked shipping is 2-5 business days. PLEASE NOTE: These are estimates from USPS. I cannot guarantee ship times and I am not responsible for shipping delays. If you need to have your purchased items for a specific date, please be sure to place your order well in advance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I offer two shipping options  for international orders. First, I offer an untracked international shipping option for a flat rate of $5.00 USD. With this option, your order will be sent in an envelope with a stamp. Estimated delivery time for this option is around 21 days, but can be up to 45 days if delayed. PLEASE NOTE: Since these orders cannot be tracked, they will not be replaced or refunded in the event that they go missing or are delayed.

The second option is tracked international shipping for a flat rate of $23.00 USD. With this option, your package will be provided a tracking number. Estimated delivery time for this option is around 10 days, but can be up to 21 days if delayed. PLEASE NOTE: Your order may be subject to taxes and fees when going through customs. These fees are your responsibility. 

I accidentally provided the wrong/incomplete address. What do I do?

If you provided the wrong address, please use the "contact me" section below to let me know ASAP. If the order has not been shipped yet, I will correct the address for you. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately, there's nothing I can do to fix it at that point. I will not refund or replace the order under this circumstance. It is imperative as the buyer that you double check all of the information you are providing for accuracy before placing an order.

Can I return or exchange my item?

No, I don't offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to me through the "contact me" section below and let me know what the problem is. I am happy to work with you to try and improve your experience.

Do you do commissions, collaborations, or partnerships?
